Novel AF is an 8-week training experience designed for the fitness rebel—the ones who need variety, challenge, and creativity in every session. If you’ve ever felt like traditional programs were a snoozefest, this one flips the script.
Each week brings something fresh—new movement patterns, equipment combinations, and stimulus to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. You’ll still build muscle, torch fat, and improve conditioning—but you’ll never get bored doing it.
Expect 4–5 training days per week, ~60 minutes per session, including:
Classic and unconventional strength circuits
Rotating emphasis (upper/lower/full)
Cardio challenges that don’t suck
Workouts intentionally designed to surprise and push you

✅Light kettlebells (8–20kg) for accessory work
✅Heavy kettlebells (24–32kg+) for prime movers
